This is NOT a physical product delivery service. We provide worker placement services, which means we help you find, interview, and hire domestic workers. There is no physical shipping or delivery of goods involved.

Once you've hired a worker through our platform:

    Working Conditions: You must ensure safe working conditions, fair treatment, and adherence to agreed terms.

    Replacement Support: If the worker leaves within 30 days, we provide free replacement support.

    Customer Support: Our team remains available for any queries or assistance you may need.

⚠️ Important: IDWP is NOT responsible for worker performance, behavior, or any incidents after placement. Our service ends once the placement is complete and the worker begins employment.
